Postnatal (Mother and infant) Yoga

The time after giving birth is one of sea change. These Wednesday morning classes are a place where you can come to be with other new mothers, to regain vitality, strength and equilibrium, and to bond with, comfort, and stimulate your baby healthfully. The women often enjoy lunch together afterward. Class time alternates between mother and mother/baby moves, depending on the call of the moment.
